About Cyan Property Services

Cyan Property Services are an independent impartial inventory company that offers a wide range of services to Letting Agents, Estate Agents, Landlords and Tenants.

We specialise in the making of impartial detailed inventories, check-in/ check-out reports, interim/ mid-term reports and floor plans.

Fully insured, along with a dedicated team, we ensure accuracy, punctuality and personal attention at all times when compiling our reports and ensure they are professionally presented and include high resolution photographs, all at a cost effective price.

Generally we ask for a minimum of 48 hours (2 working days) to complete and prepare a report, although we do understand that in certain circumstances flexibility is required. We will always endeavour to meet your needs.
